Should have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Housekeeping and Laundry or Hotel management and have at least 5 years experience in a similar position.

Assistant Housekeeper

Should have a Diploma in Housekeeping and Laundry and have at least 3 years experience

in a similar position.

Procurement Officer

Should have a Degree or Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies management and over three

years experience in a similar position.

Pastry Chef

Should have a Diploma in Food Production with specialization in Pastry and a minimum of 4

years work experience in a similar position.

 

F & B Supervisors

Should hold a Diploma in F & B Service with a minimum of two years supervisory experience in a busy 4 star hotel

Should hold a Certificate in F & B Service from a recognized institution and a minimum of at least One year work experience in the same position

Barmen

Should hold a Certificate in F & B Service with a minimum of two years work experience as a Bartender in a 4 star hotel

Chief Steward

Should hold HACCP Certification and 5 years work experience in a similar position

Receptionists

Should hold a Diploma in Front Office Operations from a recognized institution and One year work experience in a 4 star (or above) hotel, excellent communication skills and work knowledge of Opera is required

Guest Relations Officer

Should hold a Diploma in Front Office Operations, Two years work experience in a 4 star hotel, must have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of foreign languages.

Reservations Clerk

Should hold a Diploma in Front Office Operations from a recognized institution, Two years work experience in a 4 star hotel, must have excellent communication skills.

Housekeeping Supervisors

Should hold a Certificate in Housekeeping and Laundry and Two years work experience in a 4 star hotel

Room Stewards

Front Office Cashier

Should have attained CPA section 1, have a certificate in Front Office Operations and full knowledge of Opera.

Purchasing / Stores Clerk

Should have a Certificate in Purchasing and Supplies Management and Two Years work experience in a 4 star hotel, Must have work knowledge of Materials Control System
